Extremely spacious room, all in all had such wonderful stay.
I enjoyed the city and hotel, would return anytime. The property was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to railway station, the castle and the ski area Grindenwald. The location was marvellous, overlooking city. Also, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Spielplatz Strandweg.

The views were amazing, but not as amazing as the lack of response to my messages, the sweltering heat with no fans, and the lovely sound of chairs scraping on the floor all night.
My favorite part was finding hair in the bathroom and breadcrumbs on the floor. How thoughtful of the previous guests to leave me some souvenirs!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a smart television that had Netflix and YouTube. It seemed new and recently refurbished. The location was great, with a supermarket and other shops nearby. We appreciated the paid parking option across the street and the many blue zones for parking. The entrance system with the app and PIN code worked well. The apartment size was big and the lake view was amazing. It only took us around 5-10 minutes to walk from the train station to the apartment. All kitchenware, including cooking oil and detergent, were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. it was a great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the homely atmosphere and great design of the hotel. Everything was so well-decorated and had a warm and inviting feel. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible and easy the hotel was to navigate. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, especially the owner of the apartment. They quickly resolved a key issue we had and even brought us a new key without any extra charges. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience for seniors like myself.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be better communication from the staff. Sometimes, the information provided about the hotel's amenities and services was a bit confusing.
